پاناما کیس میں سپریم کورٹ نے نوازشریف کو ایک ایسی پروویژن استعمال کرتے ہوئے نااہل کردیا جو کہ ضیاء الحق کی لائی ہوئی تھی۔ یہ سپریم کورٹ کی بہت ہی پرابلمیٹک ججمنٹ تھی۔آئین میں تاحیات نااہلی کا ذکر نہیں، مگر سپریم کورٹ نے کہا یہ نا اہلی تاحیات ہے۔ ریما عمر کی عدلیہ کے رول پر سیر حاصل گفتگو
