اگر آدمی پاکستان میں ہو، بیوی امریکہ میں، فون پر دونوں کا نکاح ہو، نکاح کے بعد وہ ایک بار بھی نہ ملیں اور بیوی کو بچہ پیدا ہوجائے تو اسلامی شریعت کے لحاظ سے یہ بچہ اسی کا کہلائے گا جس سے عورت کی شادی ہوئی اور اس کو ناجائز بھی نہیں کہا جائے گا۔ مفتی طارق مسعود
