Jamaat-i-Islami, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter on Saturday established a Social Media Cell for the spreading and promotion of the message and program of the party amongst the masses. The decision was taken in meeting held here at Al-Markaz-e-Islami with provincial secretary information, Israrullah advocate in the chair.

A member of JI from district Mardan and Assistant Director, National Education System, Mohammad Ammad Akbar Hasaan has been made head of the cell. Speaking on the occasion, general secretary, JI, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shabir Ahmad Khan said that the present era is of social media and its positive used could be better utilised for the reformation of society.
